Returns

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request clear photos of the item and packaging for review.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
If your case is approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
Chargebacks
We do not tolerate unjustified chargebacks. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us first so we can work with you to resolve it. Any abusive or fraudulent chargeback may result in refusal of future service.
